POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Quality Assurance Senior Analyst

Owlet is searching for a driven and self-motivated Warehouse Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Analyst to support our 3PL operations in Memphis, TN, reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain. This role will perform a variety of tasks focused on inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics and dispute management with our retail customers. The ideal candidate has experience operating in a warehousing environment and will have excellent communication and collaboration skills

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support 3PL in receiving product in Memphis by verifying product quantity and quality
  • Ensure that our 3PL partner is following vendor routing guides
  • Oversee quality on outbound retail shipments ensuring product is labeled accurately and ready for dispatch
  • Lead dispute resolution on operational issues for key customers
  • Liaison between Owlet finance team and 3PL operations on inventory management
  • Assist 3PL with monthly cycle counts and annual Physical inventory count (PI)
  • Perform inventory audits as required based on accuracy of inventory counts
  • Provide assistance as needed for sales operations team to meet current sales objectives with our domestic (USA) and international sales customers (Canada)
  • Develop work instructions for value add work orders and sign off on the first unit builds of work orders to ensure compliance to instructions
  • Verify the accuracy of returns counting and condition with 3PL

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
  • 2+ years experience servicing national retail chains such as Target, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc. Beneficial if experienced working within an Amazon Warehouse.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to multitask, detailed-oriented, efficient and with strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with WMS software tools
  • Mission oriented and results driven personality
  • Independent and quick self learner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge
